The space

In a city renowned for 18th and 19th century architecture, you will find our late 20th century townhome has all the modern conveniences of home in a beautifully appointed three-story Old Town townhome.

The Library Suite will be your private bedroom with en suite bath. It features four six-over-six windows, facing both east and south, which stream in sunshine during the morning and afternoon hours. Wooden blinds darken the room for luxurious sleeping in. Chockfull of hotel-style amenities like all-white sheets and towels, minty body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup mirror, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, this quiet spot boasts a queen-size four poster bed and books galore for restful evenings. Whole Foods and the gourmet-centric Balducci’s are a ten-minute walk, as are countless restaurants featuring eclectic world cuisine for every budget.

The private room is equipped with all the necessities, and guests are free to enjoy our patio. Smoking is not permitted in the house, but is fine on the patio provided you clean up after use.
